Hi! So I’ve decided to start a blog (that I will hopefully write in) for my 2016 summer spent abroad. I am working as an au pair in Spain from May until August.

It is currently 10:00 p.m., which means my flight from JFK to London has already been delayed for two hours. Today was graduation and move-out-of-Albany-day, so I’m emotionally (cried enough tears to fill a swimming pool) and physically exhausted.

                      I had to say bye to the beautiful Parkwood and my roommates today. Sad face.

I’m also running off of four hours of sleep thanks to the new PSP opening, and a stomach full of Mc Donald’s fries and Dunkin Donuts (sorry, mom). I’m not sure what’s happening with my connecting flight, but I should be touching down in Barcelona sometime Monday afternoon! Barcelona is six hours ahead for those stateside.

Hopefully I will get better at editing a blog because this page is pretty ugly, and using my real camera instead of my cell phone to take pictures.
